Open the search bar on your device Type ‘cmd’ to run Command Prompt Choose the ‘Run as administrator’ option

Type ‘attrib -s -h . /s /d’ once you have entered the drive and then press enter

Open the Task Manager by pressing the Ctrl+Alt+Delete keys or Ctrl+Shift+Esc keys
Click on the ‘Services’ tab
End any services that you find suspicious by right-clicking on them and selecting the ‘Stop’ option
Click on ‘File’ next and then choose the ‘Run new task’ option from the drop-down
Type ‘msconfig’ in the box and click on ‘OK’

Using Safe Mode
