If the phone number is deactivated for less than 15 days then it can be reactivated by recharging it with Rs. 20 or more. However, if the number has been deactivated for more than 15 days then try the following:

Call 1977 from the phone in which the Jio SIM is inserted.You will be asked to enter a five-digit T-PIN to complete the tele-verification process. The number has already been sent to your alternate number.In case you have not received the T-PIN, call 1800-890-1977 or 1977 to resend the T-PIN.Enter the T-PINAlternately the last four digits of your Aadhaar number can also be entered.
Once you have completed the above steps the SIM would be activated. If in case the SIM is not activated even after a few hours, call Jio customer care. The tele-verification process should be completed within 30 days of ordering the SIM otherwise it will be canceled.
