In addition to WhatsApp, citizens can continue to use the Co-Win portal or the UMANG app for booking their vaccination slots and to download their certificates. Individuals who have already taken the vaccine, can also download their certificates via the MyGov WhatsApp chatbot service. More than 3 million people have already downloaded their vaccine certificates using the chatbot service. Remember, social distance, good sanitation hygiene, masking and most importantly vaccine are the only weapons we have in our war against this deadly virus.
