The first home security camera by Realme wears a white polycarbonate body. The camera is located outside the blacksphere. The camera has a round base to provide support to the main body. Also, since this one is being touted as a 360° camera, it is expected that the camera will rotate from this very base to provide an uninterrupted view of the entire room. It is said to have a mechanical gimbal for a panoramic vision. It is also estimated the home security camera will come with a rechargeable battery as there is no power cable shown in the images shared online.

As stated earlier, the Realme Smart Camera will offer home owners microSD expansion up to 128GB. the company will be storing the recorded data in its four global data centres that can only be accessed by Realme app. the company has implemented the AES/TLS 1.2 encryption algorithm \ for both storing and transmission of data. The Realme Camera will be competing with rival Xiaomi which is said to be quite affordable.
